to Private Banks, Family Offices, HNWIs, Investment Firms, and Hedge Funds in

Main Responsibilities:
Identify and Engage Leads: Strong ability to open doors, Research, locate, and establish contact with potential clients, including Private Banks, Investment Firms, Hedge Funds, Family Offices and HNWIs within Dubai with a long-term plan to expand engagement across the Gulf region.
Schedule and Facilitate Appointments: Arrange meetings with potential clients, ensuring they are well-informed about Client’s offerings and the value it can provide.
Develop Outreach Strategies: Create and implement customized strategies to effectively target high-value clients and meet acquisition goals.
Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop strong and lasting relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring trust and alignment with Client's mission and services.
Monitor Client Engagement: Track and analyst interactions with potential clients to refine outreach efforts and improve overall conversion rates.
Education / Certifications: Profred Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
Languages: Fluent English (both writing and speaking), Arabic is an advantage
Mobility: Some travel required, Occasional travel, such as attending events or meeting clients.
Experience:
o Must have 3 to 5 years of experiences in B2B Client Acquisition and Outreach in UAE, prefered in the FinTech / Financial Market.
o Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills with a professional attitude
o Highly self-disciplined and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
o Proven ability to work autonomously, problem-solve, and drive results without constant supervision.
o Working in a remote work environment, with proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and CRM systems
o Advantage: Knowledge and understanding of the UAE financial market and local business culture.
