Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist with a strong background in pricing HR services. This commission-based role requires someone who is passionate about business development, has a proven track record in sales, and is knowledgeable in HR services pricing models and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities within the HR, business consultancy, and corporate services industry.
Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new clients, with a focus on pricing HR services effectively.
Establish strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and present TARA HR Consultancy’s tailored services.
Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to develop competitive and attractive pricing packages for HR services.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, highlighting the value of TARA HR Consultancy’s HR solutions.
Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring that the pricing structure aligns with both client needs and company objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery while maintaining profitability.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Stay updated on HR industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications & Experience:
3 to 5 years of experience in business development or sales, with a focus on HR services, business consultancy, or corporate services in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of pricing strategies and models for HR services.
Proven success in a commission-based sales role.
Understanding of the UAE business landscape and HR market.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical skills, especially in pricing and value proposition development.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Must have a valid UAE visa and be based in the UAE.
Compensation:
Commission-based salary structure (attractive commission on sales achieved).
